Birds of paradise  Coffee table with storage

This 1950’s teak and beech coffee table has a formica marquetry top. Black formica has been laser cut and inlaid with a birds of paradise design using Bermuda blue, Marina, Energy , Sunshine yellow, Tangerine and sea jade laminate pieces. The middle section is a handy storage compartment, the lid lifts up.

Formica is extremely durable, it can be wiped clean, its heat and scratch resistant, mop need for coasters. The middle part lifts up to reveal a handy storage compartment which is lined with Sea jade formica.

The piece measures 80cm x 42cm x 36cm H
